The Vernon Sisters on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross

Having previously performed with Richard Hawley, winner of the South Bank Show's music award 2006 and Mercury Music Prize nominee, The Vernon Sisters were pleased when he invited them to sing backing vocals on his latest album, Lady's Bridge, which recently reached number 5 in the album chart. This success lead to the girls accompanying Richard when he was invited to perform on 'Friday Night With Jonathan Ross'.

This was not the girls' first TV performance. They were filmed over 12 weeks for BBC's Passport To The Sun. Nevertheless, it was truly thrilling to be part of the infamous 'Friday Night With Jonathan Ross' show & perform with such talented musicians. It was a real pleasure and the girls are looking forward to the next time. Cheers guys!
